Safety of Rescue forces

Where is Taskforce 1? Where is Taskforce 2? How to coordinate them?

It is a problem that every Head of Operations has had: When loss or damage takes place in a large infrastructure, the Head of Operations never knows where his or her task forces currently are, what they are doing and, above all else, if anyone in the task force is in immediate danger. These risks include hazards which result from the worker’s own health situation. The available radio system (analogue and digital) is often not able to transmit the necessary information. Our new series of products now makes it possible to ascertain the exact location of the operators and their physical condition.

Being able to detect vital parameters can be essential and life-saving.

If highly-trained firefighters have accidents at the scene of a fire this is often down to some interference with their vital parameters. The new BIJO-DATA monitoring and communication system also functions in the most difficult of operational circumstances. It is quickly installed and reliably transfers vital data from the operation location to the commanding officer. A doctor present is even able to read how the firefighter’s circulatory system is functioning by means of an electrocardiogram and may, if need be, order the man to withdraw. Communication between the officer in charge and the person wearing our technology is, in this way, geared to deal with the possibility of extreme conditions such as the inability to see properly, smoke, severe heat or falls.
